We're an owner-developer based in Southwest Florida. We acquire lots, design and build modern single-family homes, and either offer them for sale once complete or build to order from one of our Models. We're not realtors and we don't list homes through MLS.
Yes — homes in our pipeline can be reserved during Pre-Construction or Under Construction. Estimated delivery dates are provided, subject to permitting, inspections, weather and material availability.
Today we build across Cape Coral, Naples, Lehigh Acres, and other communities in Lee County and Collier County.
