We're an owner-developer based in Southwest Florida. We acquire lots, design and build modern single-family homes, and either offer them for sale once complete or build to order from one of our Models. We're not realtors and we don't list homes through MLS.

Yes — homes in our pipeline can be reserved during Pre-Construction or Under Construction. Estimated delivery dates are provided, subject to permitting, inspections, weather and material availability.

Today we build across Cape Coral, Naples, Lehigh Acres, and other communities in Lee County and Collier County.

In most cases, yes — by appointment and only with the team on site. Request a visit via the contact form and we'll coordinate.

Yes. Tell us which Model you like, and which area in SWFL you're looking at. We'll come back with options that scale to the lot.

Yes — full plans are available for each Model on request. We can send the PDF and walk through it with you on a call.

Typical timeline from permitting approval to delivery is 8–12 months. Estimated, subject to permitting, inspections, weather and material availability.

The Projects page shows all active lots and their current stage. We update progress weekly. Request to be added to project updates via the contact form.

We're open to project-by-project conversations. Use the "Partnership inquiry" option in the contact form and a member of the team will follow up.

The Gallery page shows completed homes; the Projects page lists everything under the "Completed" stage. Site visits to completed homes are possible by appointment.
