The Madison.

The Madison was the first model we drew. The brief was simple: a compact, modern family home for Southwest Florida — open enough to feel generous on a 50-foot lot, restrained enough to keep the budget honest.

The aim was a plan that doesn't waste a square foot — every room earns its keep.

The kitchen and living open into each other and out to a covered lanai. The primary suite sits at the rear for privacy. Two more bedrooms share a full bath at the front. A 2-car garage with utility / mudroom finishes the plan.
